Property cleanup services are the second half of the Dump Hub name. Besides renting dump trailers, we send a crew to clear properties in the South Bend area: vacant houses, rental units between tenants, overgrown lots, foreclosures and inherited homes that need to be brought back to presentable.
A typical property cleanup combines a few things we already do: junk removal inside, yard clean up outside, a trailer for the debris and disposal at the end. Booking it as one job means one crew, one schedule and one invoice.
