Countertops deserve a mention. Laminate is light. Granite, quartz and concrete are not. A long run of stone counter can add a surprising amount of weight to the load, and it needs to go in first, flat on the trailer floor, before the cabinets pile on.

Old South Bend kitchens often have layers: vinyl over linoleum over hardwood, or plaster walls behind the tile. Every layer is debris. Add a margin to your size estimate for houses built before 1960.
